Cancellation Policy
Hair Dreams is a hygiene-focused, time-respecting, elevated grooming environment. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following standards. Appointment Payment & Time Reservation All appointments require full prepayment at the time of booking. This is not a deposit. It is a time reservation payment that secures your exclusive appointment slot. Once booked, your time is removed from public availability. Punctuality Policy A 10-minute grace period is provided. After the grace period, a late fee of $1 per minute will be applied for every additional minute you are late. After 30 minutes, the appointment is automatically canceled and full payment is retained due to reserved time. Respect for time is respect for the craft. No Call / No Show No call, no show results in full loss of payment and restriction from future bookings until balance is resolved. Repeated behavior will result in permanent booking removal. Clean Crown Policy Clients must arrive with clean hair and clean scalp. Shampoo services enhance the haircut they do not replace personal hygiene. Excessive buildup, odor, or neglected scalp care violates shop standards. Repeated hygiene offenses will result in permanent booking restriction. Clean crown. Clean standard.
